An inquiry does not create a client relationship

Submitting a form, sending an email, calling, or requesting a walkthrough does not obligate you or Arroyo to enter a business relationship. No work begins until a separate written agreement is signed and the required first payment is received.

Signed service agreements control

Paid deliverables, schedule, fees, ownership, revision rights, monthly scope, cancellation, client responsibilities, and any guarantee are governed by the signed service agreement and any policies it incorporates.

If public website language conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.

Pricing displayed on this website

The current standard offer shown on this site is $750 to build and launch the Google Lead System, split into $375 to begin and $375 before launch. Monthly service begins after launch at $250 per month with a 3-month minimum, then continues month-to-month under the written terms.

Final scope, pricing, payment timing, and any out-of-scope work are confirmed in writing before work begins. Arroyo may change public pricing for future engagements.

30-day optimization guarantee

The website does not promise rankings, a fixed lead count, revenue, closed jobs, a close rate, or a conversion rate.

If Arroyo's standard 30-day optimization guarantee is included in a signed service agreement, that agreement defines its conditions. The standard guarantee is: if after 30 days the installed system is not generating inbound quote requests, Arroyo continues optimizing it at no additional cost until it does.

The signed agreement controls eligibility, timing, client responsibilities, measurement, and the exact optimization commitment.

Illustrative Example Build

The content at /portfolio is an illustrative example. It is not client work, a testimonial, an endorsement, or evidence of a client outcome.

Screenshots, mock content, sample businesses, sample interfaces, and demonstrative details are examples unless specifically identified as verified client material.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website or its forms to:

• Submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent material.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or compromise the website or connected services.
• Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
• Scrape or automate requests in a way that interferes with normal operation.
• Use contact features for spam or unrelated solicitation.

Intellectual property

Arroyo's original site copy, branding, layouts, code, templates, and reusable methods are owned by Arroyo or used with permission and are protected to the extent applicable.

Third-party marks, libraries, fonts, stock assets, platform interfaces, and client-provided material remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership of those materials is implied.

External services and availability

Hosting, security, email, storage, form protection, and other website functions may depend on third-party services. Those services can experience outages, delays, policy changes, or interruptions outside Arroyo's control.

Arroyo may suspend or change website features for maintenance, security, platform requirements, or business reasons.

Disclaimers and limitation

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arroyo disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitations related to paid services are governed by the applicable signed agreement and applicable law.

Arroyo may update these terms as the website or business practices change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
