Privacy Policy
Effective July 11, 2026. This policy explains what Arroyo Marketing collects through arroyomarketing.com, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.
This policy describes Arroyo's current website practices. It is provided for general information and does not provide legal advice.
Information collected
When you submit an inquiry, Arroyo may collect the information you provide, including your name, business name, email, phone number, optional website, primary service, city or service area, and the details you share about your current setup.
The site may also capture basic attribution and operational details such as referral source, UTM parameters, referring page, landing path, current page URL, a submission identifier, request timestamps, IP address, and browser or device information. Hosting and abuse-prevention providers may process some of this data automatically.
How information is used
Arroyo uses inquiry information to:
- Respond to and evaluate your request.
- Route the inquiry to an owner-facing email inbox or lead record.
- Protect forms from abuse and troubleshoot delivery.
- Understand which pages or sources create legitimate inquiries.
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.
- Maintain relationship, contract, fraud-prevention, and legal records when applicable.
Service providers
Arroyo uses Cloudflare to operate this website. Cloudflare Pages and Functions serve the site and process form requests, Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse, and a Cloudflare D1 database stores the durable inquiry record.
Cloudflare may process limited technical information under its own terms and privacy practices. Arroyo does not currently send production visitor information to email-delivery or spreadsheet providers. This policy will be updated before those services are activated if the production workflow changes.
Retention and your requests
Inquiry information is kept only as reasonably needed to respond, operate the business, maintain relationship or contract records, prevent fraud, protect security, and meet legal obligations.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@arroyomarketing.com. Arroyo may need to verify the request and may retain information when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, contractual, or legal reasons.
Security
Arroyo uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect inquiry information. No online system, transmission method, or storage service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. Arroyo does not knowingly request personal information from children through this site.
Changes and contact
Arroyo may update this policy as the website, providers, or business practices change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to contact@arroyomarketing.com or discussed by calling (480) 339-9585.
